About Us
The El Pomar Nonprofit
Resource Center (EPNRC) is located in the Carnegie Library at Penrose Public
Library. Funding for the EPNRC is provided by the Pikes Peak Library
District and a grant from the El Pomar Foundation.
Hours of Operation
Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Friday and
Saturday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Online Resources
The El Pomar Nonprofit Resource Center offers free online
access to the Foundation Directory Online and the Colorado Grants
Guide. Links are also provided to many other web pages useful to nonprofits
seeking grants, information on grant proposal writing, fundraising, and
nonprofit management topics.
