One of only two free public law libraries
in the state,
the El Paso County Bar Law Library is located at the Penrose Library,
20 North Cascade Avenue in Colorado Springs. El Paso County Bar
members and their staff can now access the Law Library before hours from
7:00-10:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. Click here for more information. News and Events:

Quiet in the Library
During the day quiet space in the Law Library is at a premium. Please consider
doing your research before the Penrose Library opens. If you are an El Paso
County Bar member, you may request a door code that allows you access to the Law
Library from 7-10 a.m., Monday – Friday. If you need quiet space during the day,
please check at the reference desk about reserving the study room.
