Computer (PC) Reservations
The Pikes Peak Library District offers free Internet, MS Office,
Electronic Reference, and Catalog access at all of our
Library Branches.
You can reserve time on a computer (PC) at any
branch by using our PPLD Reservation Station (look for the reservation
banner). Just enter the date and time you'd like to use the PC, your
library card number, and your PIN. If you do not have a library card you
will need to provide a Photo ID to a librarian to register.
PCs can also be reserved on a walk-in basis depending
on availability or you can call the branch to make a reservation by phone.
PC reservations can be made up to one week
in advance. Reservations
are held for 10 minutes before they are released for use by other patrons.
Printouts are free for the first 10 pages then are 10 cents for each
additional page for library card holders. All printouts are 10 cents
apiece for guests. The library also supplies floppy disks for 50 cents
apiece while supplies last.
The library also offers free
Computer
Classes on the Internet, software applications and library databases.
